Receive a detailed design plan and quote, then secure your build date with a 25% deposit.

Site / virtual visit

We measure, snap photos and note any HOA or county requirements.

Our bonded crew completes construction in 1-3 days and cleans up the site before handing over the finished installation.

  • Catios start at a $3k minimum, while indoor cat wall packages begin near $950. Every quote is space-specific, so you pay only for the size and features you need.

  • Yes. We measure, sketch and adjust door placement, finishes and roof style to match your deck, patio or interior studs. No extra charge for routine tweaks.

  • All of DC, Maryland and Virginia. Outside the DMV? Get in touch and we can try to make it work!

  • Most projects finish in 4–6 weeks total: about a week for planning and material ordering, 2–3 weeks in the scheduling queue, then 1–3 on-site days for installation.

  • Outdoor builds use cedar or pressure-treated lumber plus galvanized, vinyl-coated wire mesh. Indoor cat walls use furniture-grade plywood or solid oak. All stains and paints are low-VOC and pet safe.

  • Mesh openings are as small as ½″ for kittens, frames are anchored to prevent digging, and solid or screened roofs keep pests and predators out.

  • Absolutely. Every full-size catio includes a human door, and we can add benches, shelves or a coffee perch on request.

  • Shelves anchor into wall studs with removable screws. When you move, it’s as simple as patching two small holes per bracket.
